We are pleased to announce the appointment of two distinguished scholars to the editorial board of Research Studies in English Language Teaching and Learning (RSELTL):

Dr. Sharala Subramaniam is a senior academic from Taylor’s University, Malaysia. With a PhD in Education (Language) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and over 17 years of experience in higher education, she brings extensive expertise in foreign language education, intercultural communication, and multilingual learning strategies. Dr. Sharala has published widely in SCOPUS-indexed journals, contributed to international book chapters, and serves as Associate Director at the Centre for Research and Innovation in Tourism (CRiT).

Dr. Laura Christ Dass is an Associate Professor and senior lecturer of English language at Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Malaysia. Her research interests include English as a Second Language, classroom discourse, cooperative learning, and constructivism in education. Dr. Laura has an established record of scholarly publication, academic reviewing, and active participation in international conferences.

Their academic insight and editorial experience will be invaluable in furthering the journal's mission to promote high-quality research in English language teaching and learning. We warmly welcome them to the RSELTL editorial team.
